This is accomplished by the use of high vacuum degasification technology and particulate filters combined with our special brand of earth. After treatment, the oil can be reused as new.

Unique Dehydration (Degas) System: It adopts Duplex 3D stereo evaporation tech which makes the evaporation area three times more than normal evaporation tech. Meanwhile, we bring the UK G tech from Japan to eliminate the kinds of trace water content and dissolved water thoroughly, so it can increase the breakdown voltage and anti-pressure value enormously, ensuring the transformer oil properties.
Elec-controlling System & German 3UG3 Rela: We cooperate with world brands like Siemens, and Schneider, as well as Chinese famous enterprises. The main components of electrical apparatus have proven to be durable and reliable in the past 10 years. Ensure the safety of the controlling system. Equips several protection systems that avoid oil ejection, overload, overvoltage, etc. German 3UG3 relay keeps the machine working safely, and efficiently in any situation such as power off, lack of phase, wrong phase position, etc.

Carbon Fiber Infrared Oil Heating System: Carbon fiber infrared heating system is the most advanced heating tech, the unique heater structure heats the oil uniformly and with stability. it gives the heat quickly(in 3 seconds after power on) and the efficiency of electricity transforming to heat is very high(more than 98%). The oil heating system assures less than 2w/cm2. During the heating process, the deterioration of the oil caused by overheating is avoided. The oil temperature can be adjusted between 0~100℃.
